Elbows

One of the most versatile cuts of pasta, Elbows are very well suited for soups, salads and the all American favorite macaroni and cheese.

Directions

Bring 4 quarts of water to a rapid boil.
Add salt to taste. (optional)
Add 1 package of Dreamfields® Elbows into water and return to boil.
Cook uncovered, stirring occasionally, for 8 minutes, or to desired tenderness.
Drain well, serve immediately with your favorite sauce. For salads, rinse in cold water. Enjoy!
