Spaghetti
Ingredients
- 1 box Dreamfields Spaghetti
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic crushed
- 12 ounces jarred roasted red peppers drained and roughly chopped
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup Parmigiano Reggiano cheese grated
- salt and pepper kosher
- fresh rosemary
Directions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to boil. Add spaghetti and cook according to package directions until al dente. Drain pasta reserving 1/4 cup pasta water prior to draining.
- Meanwhile, heat olive oil in a medium-large saute pan over medium heat. Add garlic and roasted red peppers. Cook until heated through.
- Add milk and cheese. Stir to combine. Transfer mixture to blender and pulse until pureed. Add pasta water to thin sauce before tossing with pasta, if desired.
- Toss drained spaghetti with pepper sauce, adding reserved pasta cooking water if needed for consistency. Season with salt pepper, to taste. Garnish with rosemary.
