Ingredients
- 1 box Dreamfields® Rotini
- 1 (15 oz) can baby Lima beans, drained
- 1 (8 oz) can water chestnuts, sliced
- 2 tablespoons chopped pimiento, drained
Dressing:
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil (or canola oil)
- 2 tablespoons jarred pickled ginger, chopped
- 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons light soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil
- 1 1/2 teaspoons jarred minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon hot sauce
Directions
- Prepare pasta according to package directions. Rinse pasta in cold water; drain again. Place pasta in large bowl. Add beans, water chestnuts, and pimiento; toss to blend.
- Meanwhile, in small bowl, whisk together dressing ingredients. Stir dressing into pasta mixture until evenly combined. Serve at room temp or chilled.
