Ingredients

  • 1 box Dreamfields® Rotini
  • 1 (15 oz) can baby Lima beans, drained
  • 1 (8 oz) can water chestnuts, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons chopped pimiento, drained

Dressing:

  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil (or canola oil)
  • 2 tablespoons jarred pickled ginger, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons light soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons jarred minced garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon hot sauce

Directions

  1. Prepare pasta according to package directions. Rinse pasta in cold water; drain again. Place pasta in large bowl. Add beans, water chestnuts, and pimiento; toss to blend.
  2. Meanwhile, in small bowl, whisk together dressing ingredients. Stir dressing into pasta mixture until evenly combined. Serve at room temp or chilled.
