Elbows
Ingredients
- 1 box Dreamfields Elbows
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup chutney
- 1 lemon zested and juiced
- 2 teaspoons cumin ground
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- salt and pepper (to taste)
- 1 15 oz can chickpeas rinsed and drained
- 1 cup celery chopped
- parsley chopped (optional)
Directions
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Place pasta in large bowl.
- For dressing, combine mayonnaise, chutney, lemon juice and zest, cumin, garlic powder, and salt and pepper, as desired.
- Toss dressing with pasta. Add chickpeas and celery; toss to combine well. Season with salt and pepper, as desired. Sprinkle parsley over pasta to garnish, if desired.
