Elbows
Ingredients
- 1 box Dreamfields Elbows
- 1-1/4 cups Cheddar cheese finely shredded
- 6 ounces plain Greek yogurt nonfat
- 1/2 cup non-fat milk
- 1 1/2 pounds fresh kale coarsely chopped
- 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed
- 2 tablespoons shredded Parmesan cheese
- fresh rosemary
Directions
- Prepare pasta according to package directions. Return to pot; do not reheat.
- Immediately add Cheddar cheese, yogurt, milk and kale to pasta; stir to mix well allowing cheese to melt and kale to wilt.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and flaxseed, if desired. Garnish with rosemary, if desired.
