Elbows
Ingredients
- 2 cups Dreamfields Elbows
- 1/2 cup low-sodium ham cooked, diced
- 1/2 cup dill pickles diced
- 1/2 cup bell pepper diced
- 1/2 cup onion diced
- 1/2 cup celery diced
- 1/2 cup fat-free sour cream (or low-fat)
- 1/2 cup light mayonnaise (or reduced-fat)
- 1 tablespoon pickle juice
- 2 teaspoons black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 2 tablespoons stone-ground or German-style mustard
Directions
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Place pasta in large bowl.
- Toss pasta with ham, pickles, bell pepper, onion, celery, sour cream, mayonnaise, pickle juice, pepper, paprika and mustard.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve chilled.
