Penne Rigate
Ingredients
- 1 box Dreamfields Penne Rigate
- 1 5 oz can light water-packed tuna, drained
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 small onion chopped
- 3 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped
- 1 tablespoon mustard (prepared)
- 2 cloves garlic chopped
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- salt and pepper
Directions
- Prepare pasta according to package directions. Place in large bowl. Refrigerate until chilled, about 1 hour.
- Add tuna, mayonnaise, onion, relish, parsley, mustard, garlic, and red pepper flakes, if desired to chilled pasta. Toss until well combined. Add salt and pepper, as desired.
