Spaghetti
Ingredients
- 1 box Dreamfields® Spaghetti
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon jarred minced garlic
- 1 (12 oz) jar roasted red peppers, drained, finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup 2% canned evaporated milk
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
Directions
- Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Drain pasta reserving 1/4 cup pasta water.
- In medium non-stick skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic; sauté for 1-2 minutes until very fragrant. Add the roasted red peppers, dried oregano, and black pepper. Stir to combine. Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring often, until the mixture has thickened.
- Add milk to the skillet; simmer additional 2 minutes.
- Toss drained spaghetti with sauce, adding reserved pasta cooking water if needed for consistency. Stir in grated cheese.
