Rotini
Ingredients
- 1 box Dreamfields Rotini cooked according to directions
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes halved
- 1 medium green bell pepper diced
- 3/4 cup provolone diced
- 1/2 cup pepperoni chopped
- 1/3 cup salami chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh Italian parsley chopped
- 1 cup fat-free or traditional Italian salad dressing
Directions
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Rinse pasta in cold water; drain again. Place in large bowl.
- Add tomatoes, bell pepper, cheese, pepperoni, salami and parsley to pasta. Toss to combine. Add dressing; toss until all ingredients are well combined.
