Linguine
Linguine are long, flat, shaped pasta strands that are a little wider than Spaghetti, but not as wide as fettuccine (but Dreamfields Linguine makes a good substitute). It is often paired with seafood.
Directions
- Bring 4 quarts of water to a rapid boil.
- Add salt to taste. (optional)
- Add 1 package of Dreamelds® Linguine into water and return to boil.
- Cook uncovered, stirring occasionally, for 9 minutes, or to desired tenderness.
- Drain well, serve immediately with your favorite sauce. For salads, rinse in cold water. Enjoy!
